Here’s how we bring that to life — whether you're selecting one of our signature designs or dreaming up something entirely your own.

1. Explore Our One-of-a-Kind Designs
Browse our curated collection of pre-designed stationery suites — each created with care and intended for one couple only. Once a suite is selected, it’s retired from our shop, making it exclusively yours. 
We’ll personalise it with your names, event details, and colour palette for a budget-friendly yet beautifully bespoke finish.
Looking for something even more personal? We also offer fully bespoke design services, where we build your dream stationery suite from the ground up.

2. Let’s Chat
Love what you see? That makes us so happy! 
Drop us an email or fill out our enquiry form to check availability and start the conversation.
We recommend getting in touch 4–6 months before your wedding date, as our calendar can book up quickly — but if your timeline is shorter, we’ll do our best to fit you in.

3. Booking Your Spot
Once we’ve confirmed availability, we’ll send over a personalised quote and rough timeline. If you’re happy to move forward, we’ll:
- Email you a booking form with a breakdown of your stationery
- Send you a short questionnaire to gather your wedding details
- Request a 30% deposit to secure your slot (the remaining 70% is due once you approve your final design)
We don’t begin designing or reserve your place in our calendar until the deposit has been received.

4. Your First Design Preview
If you’ve chosen a pre-designed suite, this is where we bring it to life with your details and colours.
For bespoke clients, we’ll work closely with you to develop a completely original concept, and share a design presentation tailored to your vision.

5. Feedback & Edits
We love hearing what you think — your feedback is what shapes your stationery into something truly special.
We include a round of minor revisions for semi-custom designs, and up to 2–3 rounds for full bespoke projects, depending on your package.

6. Final Approval & Payment
Once you’re happy, we’ll send over your final proof for review. This is your chance to double-check:
- Spelling
- Dates
- Layout
- Sizing and colour
After your sign-off, the remaining 70% balance is due. Once paid we’ll send your files off to print!

7. Delivery Day
Your stationery will be on its way around 3-5 weeks after final approval (a bit longer if you’ve chosen specialty finishes like foil or require extra assembly). But we’ll keep you updated every step of the way — we’re just as excited as you are for it to arrive!
